Jonathan Leong
Singaporean
Zxerokool is the alias through which intergalactic ninja Jonathan Leong conducts his many creative endeavors. He works primarily in the areas of art direction, graphic design and illustration. Notable clients include MTV Asia, Nickelodeon, Paramount Pictures, SPH and Tiger Beer. He is always looking for new and interesting voyages to embark on as well as collaborations with like-minded creatives or brands. Zxerokool also co-founded: MutantStyle a creative collective focusing on interesting art & design projects, events and a small t-shirt line. Zxerokool enjoys comics, movies, green tea and making sexy things.

SIGGRAPH Asia is less than a month away!
This inaugural event will held be at Suntec Singapore International Convention & Exhibition Centre from 10 - 13 December. We will be exhibiting at this exciting event, showcasing MotionElements to international potential buyers and sellers. Top entries from “Asia Inspires ME” competition will also be shown at our booth E12.
Heebok Lee
Korean
Lee was born in Seoul, Korea. Since graduating from the Carnegie Mellon University in 2000, Lee, whose work consists of kinetic typography and interactive design has pursued a career as a motion graphics designer and art director with several media firms in LA and Pittsburgh including yU+co, Pittard Sullivan, Troika, Wall to Wall Studios. He is currently a creative director at Prologue Films.
Lee has received a number of honorable awards and his work has been presented in a number of design magazines and film festivals such as IdN, Stash, SIGGRAPH, OneDotZero, Annecy, and RESFEST.

Kun-I Chang
Taiwanese
Born in Taiwan, Kun-I Chang has been involved in various design and art fields as a designer, animator and a video artist. He studied Communications Design in Shih Chien University,Taiwan, then earned his Master of Fine Art degree in the School of Visual Arts (SVA), MFA Computer Art in 2006. He is currently exploring motion graphic design not only as a Designer/Animator at Spontaneous, New York City, but also as an independent film maker and video artist in New York. Working and collaborating with different artists in various media, Kun-I creates work that contrast real life and the drawn image, and seeks to promote motion graphic as an art form.
In the early years of Kun-I’s artistic life, he participated in several exhibitions both in Taiwan and USA. After he earned his Masters degree in SVA, he created his first short film “FISSION“. With its stunning visual imagination and penetrating insight into our image-obsessed culture, “FISSION” has won over 15 film festival awards and screened in over 60 film festivals world-wide.

We visited TISCH Asia on 31 October and met up with the students from their inaugural MFA programme in Animation and Digital Arts. The students were chosen from diverse backgrounds and it was a very enjoyable sharing session with these interesting people.
Joining Temasek Polytechnic students in their early morning entrepreneurship class on 29 October, we shared with them our creative entrepreneurship experiences. It has been quite a while since we wake up so early.
As part of our educational outreach efforts, we visited Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA) to share some of our creative industry insights with the Visual Communication and Multimedia students on 22 and 24 October respectively.
