Yes. Please help ME by providing 14 days advance notice. Simply email ME at artists@motionelements.com with your username and the Element you will like to take down.
Licensing
What does royalty-free license mean?
For the artist (seller), royalty-free license allows for:
- Retaining of copyright ownership with the creator of the Element (ie. You still own the Element you put up at ME.)
- Multiple sales of the same Element (ie. Your Element at ME can be sold to more than one buyer.)
For the buyer, royalty-free license is:
- A non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use an Element for multiple times for multiple projects for perpetuity with a one-time fee. (ie. You need to only pay once to use an Element from ME for perpetuity. You don’t have to pay any additional royalties on a use-by-use basis. However, the rights granted are non-transferable and are personal to you. This means that you cannot resell the Element in its original form to others. Your clients also cannot use the Element separately from the derivative work you have created for them.)
