First import pictures or video clips that you are wont to use with this project.

Video:

All video holders are Full HD. If you have smaller or bigger clips, just resize it to this size into their videoholder compositions. Inside this comp you have a gidelines, for witch part of the media is visible.

Then just replace and insert your video clips and text clips in Text AND Video

For this project I use Times New Roman as default, it's look very nice.
