BANGKOK, THAILAND - NOVEMBER 17, 2013: A mother and son, and a young Thai couple release Krathongs into a pond during the Loi Krathong Festival in Bangkok, Thailand.

Loi Krathong is an annual festival in Thailand, where people release a small floating raft with a lit candle on top, as a symbol of honouring Buddha, letting go of grudges and bad parts of their lives, and believe the act of releasing the raft will bring good luck.
