Between Palestinian West Bank and state of Israel.

This is a separation barrier being constructed by the State of Israel between two parts of Jerusalem. The barrier is made like a cage with turnstile mechanism. Palestinians cross the terminal for work, medical care, education or for religious reasons. Supporters say the barrier is necessary to protect Israeli civilians from Palestinian terrorism, including the suicide bombing attacks. Palestinians protest the occupation.
