Updated Terms of Use

If you’d logged in recently to your MotionElements account, you will notice the new Terms of Use that you have been asked to review and agree to.

As MotionElements scales, we seek to continue to ensure the safety of all our users: periodically reviewing and updating our website’s terms of use to stay current and abreast of our users’ needs.

To make using our site even simpler, we’ve combined our Membership Agreement with the Terms of Use agreement, thus giving you less legal jargon to go through.

The updated Terms of Use agreement is effective from 17 June 2015, we encourage that you learn more about the terms here and agree to the agreement when you have reviewed it.
