いろんな背景色のクロマキーがありますが、黄色のクロマキーは色を抜くのが少し難しいです。画面色を直接指定すれば消えます。
また、貴方のアプリが白黒のルミナンスキーに対応していない場合はカラーキーで色を指定すれば背景色を消せます。
