This is a recording of the fireworks at midnight on New Year's Eve 2017.
The recording is two minutes and forty eight seconds and covers the events just before the end of 2017 and the start of 2018.
It starts with a "swoosh" followed by two bangs. It continues with the sound of fireworks at different distances from the microphones. At around 2:31 it ends with the background sounds of distant fireworks and the occational "swish", "bang" and "pop" closer to the microphones.
As usual the sound is recorded with professional equipment as well as cleaned up, mixed and balanced with the help of various programs and plugins.
