All live performed, genuine African drum ensemble. Recorded live in one take by the Shabani Jabiri Bakari ensemble from Bagamoyo, Tanzania. "Ikibwenga" means strong men. The tribes men have dance competitions, for example to get a wife, or as other competitions between men in that tribe. Inspired by the Nyakyusa tribe from Songea, in the Southern part of Tanzania.
