10 colorful liquid transitions for After Effects (10 compositions in one project, 3840x2160, Horizontal 16:9, 4K, 60 fps). Each transition is 2 seconds: four liquid layers flow in one after another, cover the whole frame, and open again to reveal the next scene.

Transitions - 01 Wave Wipe: wavy liquid fronts sweep from left to right; 02 Paint Drip: paint drips run down from the top; 03 Liquid Rise: the liquid rises from the bottom with a sloshing surface; 04 Blob Burst: wobbly blobs burst open from the center; 05 Goo Splash: a gooey splash spreads from the center with flying droplets; 06 Diagonal Flow: liquid flows diagonally from the bottom left to the top right; 07 Liquid Swirl: liquid swirls out from the center like a pinwheel; 08 Bubble Rise: liquid rises from the bottom with bubbles floating ahead; 09 Side Merge: liquid flows in from both sides and opens from the center; 10 Corner Ripple: rippling liquid spreads from one corner and opens from the opposite corner.

Put your clips into the Scene A and Scene B comps (01_Edit folder) and every transition uses them. Turn off Background ON on the Control layer to get the liquid only with transparency, and use it as an overlay on a cut in any editing software. The Control layer also has the 4 colors, Wobble, Gloss and Shadow.

No plug-ins required (standard effects only). No fonts used.
