Go to【Essential Graphics Panel】(From v25.0 【Graphics Templates】) and select【Install Motion Graphics Template】.

Select 【Install Motion Graphics Template】.Import the downloaded 【.mogrt】 file.

After importing the file, search for 【arrow】 to find it.

You can adjust text, font, position, etc. in 【Edit】 in the 【Essential Graphics Panel】(From v25.0 【Properties】).
