To use this animation, use your chroma key effect on your video editor and mask out the green, allowing the desired underlying track to show through the sign. Place timeline at beginning of sequence, adjust underlying track cropping so it fits on the sign as desired.

Now advance timeline to end of sequence. As this sequence is showing the green screen at full screen, adjust underlying video crop to fill the entire screen. Now as the segment progresses, the underlying video will adjust automatically as the size of the green screen increases.
