Single Streak Effect

Single streak line with nice glowing edges and lens flare effect is moving around the scene in chaotic way. Video is HD. Instructions of using: set the composite or transfer mode to screen or adjust video layer opacity to one you need and control the opacity to taste with keyframing. If you'll need to change the color of this transition - try to add Levels, Color Balance or HSL (Hue-Saturation-Lightness) Color Adjustment filters to that video layer and play around with the filter properties.
