Yes, all our Elements in our marketplace including those in our subscription plans are Royalty-Free. Buy once for unlimited worldwide use - in unlimited projects.

Yes. Once you have licensed the Elements, the license is permanent. You can continue to use the Elements regardless of your subscription status, even after you have cancelled your subscription.

No, there is no monthly plan option.

To keep things simple for our subscribers, we are only offering one option if you would like to subscribe. Our Annual Subscription is billed annually (one time payment for 12 months of downloads).

No. There are no additional costs or licensing fees to use the Elements you have downloaded within your subscription.

Once you are an active subscriber, your subscription automatically renews as long as your billing information is valid and you have not cancelled.

Our subscription plan automatically renews annually. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, simply cancel at your account dashboard before the end of your billing period.

To ensure uninterrupted service, our subscription plans automatically renew annually. Billing date is the same date that you enrolled in your subscription plan. For example, if you enrolled for the plan on Jan 10 this year, then your subsequent billing date would be on Jan 10 of the following year.

No. We take security seriously. We do not store any of your credit card details. Your credit card is handled by our PCI compliant payment processor, Stripe.

MotionElements charges our buyers only the amount stated on our website.

If you see a higher amount reflected in your credit card statement, this is likely due to your credit card issuer imposing a foreign transaction fee (or international transaction fee) on a transaction that takes place overseas or with a foreign merchant.

You should reach out to your credit card issuer if you require further clarifications about the fee.

In short, no.

Since you're paying for the entire year, we give a significant discount on our plan in exchange for your commitment for the 12 months.

Eg. If you purchase the subscription in Jan and choose to cancel in Feb, there will be no pro-rated refund of the annual fee. You will continue to enjoy unlimited downloads till Dec (for the full 12 months).

You are however, free to cancel your subscription anytime at your dashboard to avoid future payments after the current billing period ends.

Yes even after you cancel your subscription, you’ll still enjoy the unlimited download until the end of your billing cycle.

Our Unlimited Subscription Plan gives you access to everything in our all media type subscription library with unlimited downloads throughout the year, meaning you are free to download and use as many Elements as you like for your projects.

Just remember there’s a set bandwidth allocated for each subscriber / per day to ensure all of our subscribers get sufficient bandwidth to download everything they need in a timely manner.

As per our user terms, please remember:

1. the subscription comes with a single user license (single seat).
2. no scripts or robots are allowed. This also means no sharing of accounts or use of automated software to scrape and mass download Elements.
3. you should only download Elements when you have an intention to use them or have an active project. Proper usage of the subscription will ensure our artists get paid fairly for their work that you have downloaded.

Yes, fresh new Elements are added to our subscription catalog everyday.

Our subscription catalog is a selection of Elements from our marketplace. Our artist contributors are free to decide if they would like to offer their content within subscription.

If you need Elements that are not available for download within subscription, you can easily purchase them individually with your MotionElements Credits, credit card or PayPal.

No. Purchase for subscription plans can only be made by credit card payment via Stripe.

Yes of course! You can concurrently subscribe to subscription plan on top of any credits already purchased.
