This Value-Added Program Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between you (“Contributor”) and MotionElements Private Limited, a Singapore company (“MotionElements”). In consideration of the mutual promises herein contained and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy of which are hereby acknowledged, MotionElements and Contributor hereby agree as follows:

Value-Added Content |
Individually and collectively, any digital content, including photographs, illustrations, animations, films or video footages, music and other audio files, 3D models, data files, project files and templates, other audio/visual works or other material that are generated from the Content. |
Contributor grants to MotionElements the right, but not the obligation to generate Value-Added Content from the Content.
Contributor agree that all the Value-Added Content will be identified as the content that is uploaded or submitted by Contributor to MotionElements and is applicable to the terms of Contributor Agreement.
Value-Added Content that is generated from Contributor’s Content shall be published in the marketplace of MotionElements’ subscription plan for at least one year.
