AI Customer Experience is a clean, modern After Effects template for promoting AI assistants, SaaS products, chatbots and customer service apps. In 30 seconds it shows how an AI assistant handles customers: it answers many conversations at once, tracks deliveries, processes payments, reschedules meetings and replies in chat.

The design is soft and light, with glassmorphism cards, a glowing gradient orb and smooth UI animation. Every move uses gentle easing and motion blur. Text and footage sit in placeholders, so you can make it your own in minutes. It needs no plugins and works in After Effects 2024 or newer.

What’s inside: 9 animated scenes

1. Hook: kinetic typography with a word-by-word reveal
2. AI Orb: an animated ring that becomes a glowing gradient orb
3. Voice Select: 3D glass profile cards with a live voice waveform
4. At Once: chat bubbles orbiting in 3D around the AI assistant
5. Delivery Route: a product image in a circle, an animated route and delivery milestones
6. Payment: an amount counter, a progress ring, a success check and a receipt
7. Smart Scheduling: a weekly agenda where meetings move and other blocks adapt
8. AI Chat: typing messages, a photo bubble and a gradient AI reply
