Classic manga / anime focus lines that keep shimmering smoothly. 5 seconds: the lines grow out from the center with spiky tips, then zoom out past the frame edges. Black background, so just use Screen blend to overlay. Great for surprise, reveal, emphasis, comedy and game or stream effects. Rainbow-colored lines with a continuously flowing hue.
