During the cold war students in America's grade schools practiced a drill which they were to put into action in the event of a nuclear attack from the Soviet Union. It was known as the "duck & cover", ducking under the nearest form of protection - a desk, an expressway overpass, and then using your hands to cover your head - the most vital part of the anatomy. The U.S. Goverment often associated this routine with up-tempo music which was often unintentionally silly. Like this one!
