As MotionElements scales, we regularly review and update our agreements in order to better serve you, our Artists.

There have been a few changes in our Contributor Agreement, making it more comprehensive for you to fully, and safely, use the ME marketplace to showcase and sell your work. We’ve summarised the main changes below in bite-sizes, all the better for you to digest them.

However, we always recommend that you still go ahead and read the full revised agreement.

All prices are set by Contributor except the prices of Image Subscription Content

The price of the Subscription Plans will set by MotionElements.

We shall pay to you an amount (“Royalties”) based on the MotionElements’ Royalty Payment Structure as shown on Appendix B

To explain our payment structure clearly, we move our payment structure to Appendix B.

• Current version:

Pricing. Royalties and Statements. For any of your Content sold by MotionElements in accordance with this Agreement, we shall pay to you an amount equal to a) for Non-Exclusive Content, fifty percent (50%) or b) for Exclusive Content, seventy percent (70%) of Net License Fees received by us from the licensing of Content from the previous reporting period for Content licensed on a Royalty Free basis (“Royalties”).

• New version:

Royalties and Statements.For any of your Content sold by MotionElements in accordance with this Agreement, we shall pay to you an amount based on our Royalty Payment Structure specified in Appendix B (“Royalties”).
