Assistant Professor Ina Conradi Chavez is teaching in the School of Art Design and Media, NTU, Singapore since August 2007. She received her Bachelor of Fine Art from University of Belgrade, Faculty of Applied Arts, Belgrade, 1985, MFA from University of California Los Angeles, in 1989. She continued her studies in Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music, and Kyoto Seika College as a Japan Foundation Fellow in 1991�1992. She has been exhibiting for 20 years with more than 40 exhibitions in Europe and abroad (USA, Japan, and Singapore). Her works are commissioned and held in many individual and public collections including World Trade Center Slovenia, Ljubljana. Asst Prof. Ina Conradi is a member of Slovenian Fine Arts Association, and is Japan Foundation Fellow since 1991.

She is currently actively researching on innovative approaches towards image creation methodologies, integration of emotive and subjective abstract imagery in digital, traditional and non�traditional forms.

One of her works “Dreams” was recently screened at “2008 Animation Nation: Singapore Showcase”.
�Dreams�, a combination of digital paintings and experimental animation, is part of her current research at School of Art Design and Media, at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. A kaleidoscopic journey into a cross�cultural exploration of imagery and sound, �Dreams� is a dematerialization of objective reality and rules governed by that reality into an expression of emotive experience and abstraction.
