"Shattered Presets" is a Pack of Transitions Presets for Premiere Pro CC 2017.1 and above. You can use thie presets an infinite number of times in your work. They are super easy to use: Drag & Drop preset on the adjustment layer and you are done! Additionally, you can easily change the duration of the transition simply by changing the duration of the adjustment layer.
