Volunteers making cheese for church charity donation. Welfare Square a humanitarian building complex in downtown Salt Lake City Utah owned and operated by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Mormon or LDS Church. Volunteers and Missionaries work and manufacture different food and material assistance to poor needy individuals and families. The facility makes bread cheese milk and canned food goods and a Deseret Industries storehouse. The bakery and cannery supplies products distributed throughout the USA and world. Started in 1938 to help families during the Great Depression. The silo stores 19 million pounds of wheat.
