The color, size and style of the text can be changed by double clicking on the Edit Text Here in the Edit Text Here folder in the Project Panel, double click the text layer and change the font and size in the Character Panel. The background color can be changed by clicking on the bg layer in Scene 1, 2 and 3 comps and changing the Ramp Start Color and End Color in the Effect Controls Panel.
