I've created a rich, glossy, rainbow-colored text overlay in Premiere Pro, similar to what you'd see in Photoshop or Illustrator.

It's created using three different gradient directions.

Since it's created in text style format, you can easily fine-tune it using the Appearance panel.

Making the font size too small will distort the appearance, so scaling is recommended.
