Question 1

Can I use Pay per item and subscription at the same time?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! At MotionElements, we offer both Pay per item and subscription options, and you can use both at the same time to maximize your access to our extensive library of creative content.

Question 2

Is there any difference in licensing between Pay per item and subscription?

Accepted Answer

No, there is no difference in licensing between Pay per item and subscription at MotionElements. All of our content is licensed under a royalty-free license, regardless of whether you have downloaded it through Pay per item or subscription.

Question 3

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept credit cards and PayPal for the Pay-per-item option, and only credit cards for subscription.

Question 4

Are there any hidden fees that I should be aware of?

Accepted Answer

No, there are no hidden fees.
MotionElements charges our buyers only the amount stated on our website.
If you see a higher amount reflected in your credit card statement, this is likely due to your credit card issuer imposing a foreign transaction fee (or international transaction fee) on a transaction that takes place overseas or with a foreign merchant.
You should reach out to your credit card issuer if you require further clarifications about the fee.
