"Lay Down" is a strong, driving, mid-tempo pop/rock track. Clean guitar on the verse gives way to a rolling, chugging rhythm on the chorus. A rhythmic breakdown in the middle provides a powerful, dramatic dynamic, reminiscent of Jane's Addiction. Super catchy!
