This exceptional 133-megapixel panoramic aerial image looks directly down into the dense mixed deciduous forest canopy of Jilin Province in autumn, revealing a rich mosaic of amber, gold, orange, and residual green leaves at the height of the fall season. A small river or drainage channel winds through the woodland, and a single narrow forest track is just visible. The sheer detail of the 133MP image makes individual trees identifiable amid the vast coloured canopy.
